Cost is based on 2 things: the percentage of how full it is, and the size of the unit. In layman's terms — is it 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% full?
Our average turnaround is 8–10 days — but it all depends on the size of your unit and how full it is. And here's our guarantee: if we haven't emptied it within four weeks, we'll pay your next month's rental fee. Simple as that.
We have the option for a live streaming appointment, we also have the option for a full film while inventory occurs!
Absolutely. We can help with the organisation of a smaller unit and we will move your goods to a new unit within the same facility. It's a great way to start your decluttering journey and an even better way to save some cash!
We utilise trolleys and have other equipment to protect your goods. Depending on whether you choose to donate, keep or recycle your goods — it will be delivered the way it was found in the unit!
This can happen and does happen if you haven't been to the unit for years. We will take photos and we then leave it with you to engage with the storage facility. We will provide as much evidence as possible. We are still happy to empty it if that's the solution that is needed!
Take your time to go through and carefully assess what to do with the significant items. We can extend our contract if you are struggling with your decisions. We know this is a very hard process and we have different exceptions that we can apply to you and your contract.
Absolutely! We encourage it! We work off very short time frames, but also in a variety of goods! You never know what we have — please reach out. We want to help as many people as we can.
Our main purpose is to donate to Domestic Violence Survivors, Fire or Flood Victims, and many others in need. Some things that can't be donated are responsibly tossed, and some items we help our storers sell. We also recycle goods to different organisations that are making a real difference — it's a pretty neat way to give things a second life and keep them out of landfill.
